Cooking Instructions for single dinners in microwaveable containers:

  • On stove top: Place food in pan and heat thoroughly. The food should reach at least 165 °F on a food thermometer when safely reheated.

  • In oven: Place food in oven safe dish and bake at no lower than 350°F for 15-18 minutes. Food should be bubbling and begin to brown. Use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of the food reaches 165°F.

  • In microwave: Pop lid and cover loosely, cook for approximately 2-3 minutes. Frozen meals approximately 3-5 minutes. Stir, cover, and rotate fully cooked food for even heating. Return to microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes. Allow standing time. Heat food until it reaches at least 165 °F throughout.

Cooking Instructions for frozen meals in aluminum pans:

Preheat oven to 325 °F

  • Place frozen casserole onto baking pan. Remove cardboard top and replace with non-stick aluminum foil or foil that has been sprayed with pan spray. 

  • Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until heated through.

  • Turn oven up to 375 °F. Remove foil and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes or until dinner is bubbling and beginning to brown. 

  • Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Alternatively, thaw dish in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 350 °F

  • Remove cardboard top and replace with non-stick aluminum foil or foil that has been sprayed with pan spray.  Place casserole on baking sheet

  • Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.

  • Remove foil and return to oven for an additional 8 minutes or until food is bubbling and beginning to brown. 

  • Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

SHORTCUT! If you’re really hungry…

Preheat oven to 375 °F

  • Flip frozen dinner over and run under hot water until it easily pops out of pan. Pan spray a microwaveable/oven safe casserole dish and place frozen dinner in casserole. Defrost in microwave.

  • When fully defrosted cook on high for 5 minutes.

  • Place in oven for 15 minutes or until dinner is bubbling and beginning to brown.

Garlic Bread

Preheat oven to 375 °F

Remove garlic bread from paper bag, leave wrapped in foil and place in oven. Frozen 12 min., Thawed 6 min. Unwrap from foil and continue baking until desired crispiness. 2-5 minutes.

Always use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of the food has reached 165°F.
